How to delete your account
You can delete your Arte Conecta account in two ways:
1. Through the app

Open the app.

Go to Menu > Account.

Click on Delete account.

Confirm the deletion.
Important:
If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account.
To cancel, go to: Menu > Account > Cancel Subscription
Step-by-step instructions in the app:
1.1 Open the menu
In the app, tap the Menu icon, located in the upper left corner.
1.2 Access your account
Within the menu, select Account.
On this screen, you will find the option to delete your account , which allows you to request the deletion of your account and your data.
2. Request by email
You can also request the deletion of your account by sending an email to: info@arteconecta.com
In the email, include the following information:

The email address you used to register;

You wish to delete your account and your data.
Timeframe for exclusion via the email request process.
Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
What happens after exclusion?
After the process is complete:

Your account will be deleted.

Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

Certain data may be retained when necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
